A Romantic Grand Canal Getaway

The location directly on the Grand Canal provided easy access to attractions via the Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop, steps from the entrance. The breakfast buffet included a variety of fresh options. Our room overlooked the Grand Canal and offered fine views. Staff members, especially Gentiana and Neri, were helpful with directions and recommendations.
The air conditioning was controlled only by the front desk, making it difficult to adjust the temperature in our room immediately.

the room included a murano glass chandelier. the breakfast buffet offered all the coffee i wanted. the location was right near a vaporetto stop.
Some room furniture was broken. And in poor condition.

the staff were friendly and helpful arranging a water taxi for us to the airport. i appreciated the excellent location right next to the vaporetto stop. the staff ordered us a water taxi to the airport it arrived on time. we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
the socket covers were missing in the bathroom which i thought was concerning. there were not enough electrical outlets in the room , made charging devices a bit difficult. better room lighting would greatly improve the ambiance especially at night.

The location was great. It was right next to a boat taxi stop. Lots of sites and shopping were nearby. The breakfast on site was AMAZING!!!
The decor was pretty outdated from the pictures. There were broken sockets covered in dust. The shower leaked all over the floor. Water temperature was also inconsistent.
